Chocolate Crock Pot Cake (given by Susan Wright...thanks Susan!)1 Package Chocolate Cake Mix
1 small Package Instant Chocolate Pudding
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Water
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 small Package Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)
4 Eggs
Spray crock pot with Pam. Mix all ingredients together and pour into crock pot. Cook on LOW for Approximately 5 hours...Enjoy!
Low Fat Chocolate Ice Cream (given by Susan Wright...thanks Susan!)
1 Can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk (low fat)
1 - 9 oz. Cool Whip (low fat)
1 Quart Chocolate Milk
Freeze
Makes 2 quarts of Ice Cream; double recipe for 1 gallon
Peanut Butter Pie
1/2 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
4 oz. Cream Cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Graham Cracker Pie Shell
1/2 Cup Chopped Peanuts
Blend cream cheese and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill and serve.
